Trade terms

Order confirmation:

All orders are confirmed automatically (via email). If there is a problem with delivery (backorder or items out of stock) you will receive an email notification within 1 business day.

There are 2 options for shipping:
- First class shipping with full track & trace on your package. You can follow your order status at the courrier by clicking on the link in the e-mail you recieve, when your package is send from ePuff.co.uk.
- Second class shipping. No track and trace.

Orders that are to be paid by bank transfer will be held for 10 days, if payment has not been received at that time they will be cancelled automatically.

If we are not able to fulfil your entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new total. However, we cannot increase the total in case you wish to add one or more order lines, and a new order/payment will be required in that case.


You have the option to pay directly with international credit cards. Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.

If you pay with international credit cards, charges will be debited from your account by sending your order from stock.

You can also choose to simply create your order and subsequent make the payment by bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, payment should be made as soon as possible after you make your booking. When paying by bank transfer it is important to note that the handling of your order begins after payment is received. For further details on payment click here.


If you pay via bank transfer or netbanking order expediting will not begin before your payment is received. Packing of goods takes place immediately thereafter and dispatch carried out daily. Normal delivery to adresses in Europe with Track & Trace shipments is typically 3 workdays from recipt of payment. For signed For shipments you shall expect some additional days.The order will be sent with Royal Mail. 

If you have paid with international creditcards dispatch of your order will be within one working day.

Documentation and user manual:

If you buy an electronic cigarette kit you can find instruction manuals for some models at the bottom on our site. Also you find lots of information on each product on the webshop.  


Note that the lifetime of electronic cigarettes and accessories may have a limited life time, even under normal use and that this period may be shortened by excessive or inappropriate use. The actual durability will typically be less than the warranty period. Replacable parts such as batteries, evaporators (Atomizer) has a a limited life time or usage time. Warrantee on battries are 3 month.

The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about failures and shortcomings that should be detected by usual examination of the goods must be notified within a reasonable time.
