Returns and Cancelations:
ePuff offer a 14-day right of cancellation, subject to the product is unused and has not been taken into use. If the product is sealed the seal must not broken. If withdrawal is exercised and the goods must be returned. This can only occur if the product is returned in the same condition as when you received them. Ie including not damaged original packaging. This ensures that you always have new and unused items from ePuff. Replacement or repair does not renew or extended the warranty period.
If you regret your purchase, simply return the product to ePuff within 14 days after you receive it. You can return the item by sending it by parcel post, preferably registred. If you send the product back, but not recommended, remember to save your postal receipt as proof. If you Send item where the recipient has to pay, reciept will be refused and your purchase will be considered full.
Please note that e-liquids is not received back, because we do not want to risk sending e-liquids out to new customers who might have stored the e-liquid incorrectly or have changed the content. This is necessary in order to always guarantee the e-liquid and nicotine strength for our customers.
If possible the amount is refunded by bank transfer. The refund will happen when we receive the product and have checked that it meets our return policy. This usually takes a few days. If you return items due to cancellation or ordering the wrong products we will deduct a fee equivalent of GBP 7.00 for issuing a creditnote and transferring money.
Before returning any products write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and state the issue at hand. Only items returned with copy of mail correspondance will be dealt with.
